Suspect reported to be continuously yelling bring police to scene and charges placed

On September 17 at 12:19PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15200 block of Lodge Ter. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 37-year-old woman, reported to police that an acquaintance, identified as the accused, entered her house without permission and started yelling at her.

The victim instructed the accused to leave the residence which he did. The accused remained outside the home where he continued to yell until police arrived on scene. While investigating this incident, the victim reported to police that in April she and the accused were in a verbal altercation that escalated.

During that encounter, the accused pushed the victim to floor and punched her multiple times in the upper body. The victim reported sustaining non-life-threatening injuries that she sought treatment from a hospital for the following day. Following the investigations, the accused, identified as De-Shea Va-Shawn Tyree WEBB, was arrested.
