Woodbridge man, 41, charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery
Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On September 16 at 9:56PM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to a residence located in the 5900 block of Talmadge Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic.
The victim, a 39-year-old woman, reported to police that she and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused threw an object that struck the victim before grabbing her by the neck. The parties eventually separated, and police were contacted. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Aquila Darnell JOHNSON, was arrested.
