Indecent Exposure
On July 30 at 11:41PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 12700 block of Wood Hollow Dr. in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an indecent exposure.
The victim, an adult man, reported to police that an unknown man exposed himself while walking around the apartment complex.
The investigation revealed that the suspect walked past the victim where he proceeded to expose himself and make obscene gestures. After a short time, the suspect fled the area on foot and the victim contacted police. The only description of the suspect was a heavy-set black man with a thick afro.
