Manassas man arrested for alleged sexual assault at Super Bowl party

Sexual Assault**ARREST**
On February 4, 2019 at 1:23 a.m., officers responded to the 9200 block of Hastings Dr for a report of a sexual assault.  The investigation revealed the victim and the suspect, who were known to each other, were at the suspect’s residence for the Super Bowl. At some time during the party the suspect sexually assaulted the victim at the residence. 

The victim, was identified as a 23-year-old female resident of Fairfax County, was treated at a local area hospital and released.

The suspect, who fled the area prior to police arrival, was later located nearby sleeping in an unlocked vehicle, and was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was identified as Stephen ICE, a 31-year-old resident of Manassas. 

Following the investigation ICE was charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery, Object Sexual Penetration, Destruction of Property, Public Intoxication, Carrying a Firearm while intoxicated, and Vehicle Tampering.

Arrested:  Stephen ICE, 31-year-old resident of Manassas
Charges:  Aggravated Sexual Battery, Object Sexual Penetration, Destruction of Property, Public Intoxication, Carrying a Firearm while Intoxicated, and Vehicle Tampering.  Currently Held WITHOUT BOND with a Court Date Scheduled for March 27, 2019.
