Prince William Committee of 100 will host a discussion about the Rural Crescent, in effect now for 20 years, on Thursday, Nov. 15 at Bristow Manor, 11507 Valley View Drive, Bristow VA 20136.
Panelists will include Tom Eitler, senior vice president of the Urban Land Institute; Wade House, long term local dairy famer; Charlie Grymes, chairman of Prince William Conservation Alliance; and Mark Granville Smith, president of Classic Concept Builders.
The panelists will address such issues as the pros and cons of this land use designation, have we tried our best to preserve the land; and who has benefitted and who has been hurt by this decision.
