Police make arrest after homeowner reports burglaries at same Lake Ridge home twice in four days

Residential Burglary– On January 17 at 3:22PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12200 block of Harbor Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary in progress. The caller reported to police seeing an unknown man attempting entry into the residence through a rear window before the caller confronted him and he fled on foot. The caller followed the suspect to a residence located in the 12100 block of Park Shore Ct then contacted police. Officers arrived and made contact with the accused. Detectives from the Property Crimes Unit determined the accused was also involved in the burglary which was reported on January 14 at the same residence. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused. The accused turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge on January 19.

Charged with 2 counts of burglary , 1 count of grand larceny , 1 count of larceny with intent to sell, and 1 count of destruction of property

Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On January 13 at 7:59PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12200 block of Harbor Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM on January 7 and 5:00PM on January 13. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a front door which was found damaged. Money was reported missing.
