Suspect wanted in armed robbery on Ashton Ave. in Manassas Jan. 14

Manassas City Police are seeking a male suspect who is wanted for an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 14 at the In & Out Convenience Store at 8930 Ashton Avenue. The subject is reported to have demanded money from the clerk while pointing a handgun at him.

Police said the clerk complied and the subject fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen walking towards Burnside Drive, according to the police report.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his mid 20s, 5’5” to 5’8” tall with a thin build.
