SCC sets Feb. 24 and March 14 for hearings on power line in Haymarket
Virginia’s State Corporation Commission will hold four public hearings over two days, Feb. 24, 2016, and March 14, 2016, at Battlefield High School in Haymarket on Dominion Power’s proposal to extend power lines in the area.
There will be one hearing starting at 4:30 p.m. each day and another starting at 7 p.m. Speakers are invited to speak one time. All comments for all four hearings in Haymarket will be incorporated into the record, according to a news release from the SCC.
The last day for submitting written comments is May 3.
The hearing will continue on May 10 at 10 a.m. at the SCC in Richmond.
