Aggravated Sexual Battery
On May 31 at 7:33 p.m., police responded to Youth for Tomorrow at 11863 Hazel Circle Dr. in Bristow for an assault. The female victim, 17 a resident of the facility, reported to police she had been sexually assaulted by the accused, another resident. The victim was able to inform staff of the incident who then contacted police. The accused was arrested and charged. Arrested: A female, 16, of Bristow. Charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration. Court date unavailable, held at a juvenile detention facility.
Narcotics Investigation
On April 22, police concluded a narcotics investigation in the distribution of cocaine with a search and arrest warrant at 14322 Lindendale Rd in Dale City. As a result of the search warrant, cocaine and U.S. currency were seized. The accused was arrested without incident in connection to the investigation. Arrested: Terrance Jerome Kinard, 28, of 14322 Lindendale Rd in Dale City. Charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic [cocaine]. Court date unavailable, at the time of the arrest the accused was held on a $10,000 secured bond.

Burglary
On May 31 at 5:24 p.m., police responded to the 12600 block of Catawba Dr in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 1 and 2:30 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry. Two laptops valued around $1,050 were reported missing.
