Bicycle used in getaway after robbery of 24-hour CVS Pharmacy in Manassas VA

Robbery
On Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at approximately 4:10AM, Officers responded to CVS Pharmacy (9200 Centreville Road) for a report of a robbery that had just occurred.  The subject entered the store, handed the pharmacist a note demanding specific narcotics, received the drugs, and fled the scene on a bicycle towards Liberia Avenue.  The suspect appears to be the same man who robbed the store in a similar manner on April 7.

Vandalism to Auto
Manassas City Police are investigating the damaging of a car parked on the 8300 block of Shady Grove Circle.  The car’s hood was ‘keyed’ and a tire was flattened sometime overnight on Sunday/Monday, July 14/15.

Larceny from Auto
Manassas City Police are investigating the theft of tools from a work truck.  A resident stated that the larceny occurred on Saturday, July 13, between 10:00AM and 2:00PM, while his work pickup truck was parked on Hood Road near the intersection with Calypso Drive.  A yellow bag containing HVAC tools was reported missing from a locked tool box on the side of the truck.  There were no signs of forced entry.

Hit & Run Crash, Property Damage
Manassas City Police are investigating a ‘Hit and Run’ crash which damaged a fence near the corner of Karlo Street and Frank Court at approximately 11:30PM Thursday, July 11.  A resident reported hearing what sounded like a traffic crash and then looked out a window and saw two vehicles speeding away on Karlo Street.  The resident described the vehicles as a red pickup truck and a white hatchback.
