Bristow’s Piper Lane off Rt. 28 closing for culvert pipe repairs this weekend May 17-20
VDOT says Piper Lane (Route 660) from Route 28 (Nokesville Road) to Observation Road will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, from 8 p.m. Friday, May 17 until 5 a.m. Monday, May 20 for culvert pipe repairs and extensions, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. VDOT)
Those needing to access properties along Piper Lane will have access; however, drivers will not be able to go beyond the work site (located between 10149 Piper Lane and 10205 Piper Lane) in either direction.
Through traffic will be detoured via Route 28, Godwin Drive, Gateway Boulevard/Wakeman Drive and Observation Road back to Piper Lane. Drivers are asked to follow posted detour signs.
