PWC Police Crime Report for Wednesday, March 27, 2024: Two charged with strangulation

ARRESTS
• Strangulation | Abduction (Domestic) – On March 26, 2024 at 9:22PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7100 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 36-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated while driving in the above area.
At one point, the parties pulled into the parking lot of a business where the accused grabbed the victim’s neck. The victim was stopped by the accused as she attempted to exit the vehicle multiple times.
The parties eventually separated, and the victim was able to get out of the vehicle before the accused drove away. The vehicle belonged to the victim who did not have permission to take it.
While investigating the incident, the accused was located on Balls Ford Rd where he was detained without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christopher Patrick JACKSON FLEMING, was arrested.

• Strangulation (Domestic) – On March 26, 2024 at 7:38PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 7400 block of Albemarle Dr in Manassas (20111) earlier that afternoon. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 25-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused struck and strangled the victim before the parties separated. Minor injuries were reported. While police were investigating the incident, the accused was found in possession of a concealed knife. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Mason Ebron GREENE, was arrested.
