Armed Robbery *ARREST – On October 19, 2023 Prince William County Police officers arrested one of the suspects sought in connection with the robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 7700 block of Donegan Dr. in Manassas (20109) on August 16. While investigating the incident, officers identified one of the suspects as a 17-year-old male juvenile and sought a detention order. On October 19, the suspect was located in the Manassas area and taken into custody where he was found to be in possession of suspected illegal narcotics. The investigation continues as officers attempt to identify the second suspect involved in the incident.

A Hispanic male, approximately 24 years old, 5’10”, dark complexion
Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On August 22, officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 7700 block of Donegan Dr. in Manassas (20109) on August 16 between 4:00PM and 6:00PM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old man, arranged to purchase tools from a man whom he knew from previous transactions. The victim was in the parking lot of a business when was approached by the suspect and an unknown man. At one point, the suspect brandished a handgun towards the victim and demanded money. Both suspects took an undisclosed amount of money from the victim before leaving the area in a red Toyota sedan. No injuries were reported.
ARRESTS
• Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On October 19, 2023 at 8:15PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 14100 block of Randall Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused struck the victim over the head with a metal bar. The parties separated and the police were contacted. The victim reported non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 16-year-old male juvenile, was arrested.

•Abduction | Domestic Related – On October 20, 2023 Prince William County Police officers concluded an investigation into a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred in the area of Centreville Rd. and Rugby Rd. in Manassas (20111) on September 8 at 7:05PM. The investigation revealed, the victim, a 36-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated while driving in the above area. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim, and pulled her hair before physically preventing her from leaving the vehicle.
At one point during the encounter, the victim was able to take their infant child and exit the vehicle before running to a nearby home where police were contacted. While investigating the incident, officers determined there was a previous domestic dispute in September where the accused struck the victim. The victim reported minor injuries during both incidents. The infant was not harmed. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Aubrey Wilson FLORENCE IV. On October 20, officers responded to a call in the Manassas area where they located a man who initially provided false identifying information to officers. Further investigation revealed the man was found in possession of brass knuckles and was later identified as the accused. Following the investigations, the accused was arrested.
