• Malicious Wounding – On October 4, 2023 at 11:04PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Walmart located at 9401 Liberia Ave. in Manassas (20110) to investigate a fight. The investigation revealed, while inside the store, two patrons, a 17-year-old male juvenile and an 18-year-old man, were approached by an unknown man.
When a verbal altercation between the 17-year-old male juvenile and the unknown man escalated, the 18-year-old man attempted to intervene and stepped between the other two men. During the encounter, the suspect struck and pepper sprayed the 18-year-old man before cutting him with an unknown object.
The parties eventually separated, and the victim was transported to an area hospital with a non-life threatening laceration to his arm. No additional injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

• Indecent Exposure – On October 4 , 2023 at 7:27PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 8300 block of Shoppers Sq. in Manassas (20111) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 38-year-old woman, was in the parking lot of the above area when she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man reached toward the victim, who was able to avoid being touched. The man then exposed himself to the victim before fleeing on foot. No physical contact was reported. The suspect was described as an unknown race man, approximately 6’0”, with a heavy build and wearing a white shirt and red shorts.
,Commercial Burglaries – On October 5 at 5:02AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the HaHu Café and Market located in the Springwoods Shopping Center at 3143 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. Video surveillance revealed at approximately 1:20AM, an unknown individual made entry into the business through the front door which was found damaged. While investigating the burglary, officers located two additional businesses within the shopping center, Kabul Halal Market and Vocelli Pizza, that were also burglarized in a similar way earlier that morning. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing from two of the businesses. The suspect was described as an unknown race male, wearing dark-colored clothing.
