The Oct. 1 Fall Festival at Tackett’s Mill Shopping Center in Lake Ridge has been moved inside to the Clearbrook Center for the Arts on the shopping center’s lower level. Hours are 1-3 p.m.

On Friday, Nov. 22, the American Red Cross will mark the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art blood donation center in Manassas. This new facility will collect thousands of blood products each year from generous donors who roll up a sleeve to help save lives.
