Double Murder Investigation *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On Monday, September 19, 2022, Prince William County Police Department detectives arrested a second juvenile in connection to the double homicide that occurred at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 13600 block of Mary’s Way in Woodbridge (22191) earlier this year on May 15.
During the ongoing investigation, detectives identified the second juvenile suspect as also being present during the encounter and took an active role which led to the deaths of the two victims. Detectives obtained petitions against the suspect, identified as a 16-year-old male juvenile, who was located and arrested without incident at a home in the 12300 block of Pond Run Dr in Woodbridge on the evening on September 19.
Another male juvenile suspect was previously arrested in connection to the investigation a few days following the May incident. Detectives further determined the incident was the result of the two juvenile’s initiations into the criminal street gang known as Bloods. The investigation continues.

The deceased were identified as Malik Xavier Lamar DAVIS, 23, of Woodbridge and Christian Jamar ROBERTS, 23, of Dumfries
Double Homicide Investigation *ARREST [Previously Released] – On May 19, detectives identified a juvenile suspect sought in connection to the double homicide that occurred at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 13600 block of Mary’s Way in Woodbridge (22191) on May 15. The investigation revealed that the victims and other acquaintances, including the accused, had gathered inside the apartment. At one point during the encounter, shots were fired and both victims were struck. The two victims were located deceased by officers later that day while investigating a call for service at another apartment. Following the investigation, a 15-year-old male juvenile, was determined to be the accused sought in connection to the double homicide and was arrested. The investigation continues.
Double Homicide Investigation [Previously Released] – On May 15 at 4:06PM, officers responded to the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 13600 block of Mary’s Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a destruction of property. A resident of an apartment reported to police that a bullet hole was discovered in his ceiling appearing to have come from the above apartment. A bullet fragment was also found on the resident’s floor. Officers attempted contact at the apartment where the gunshot was believed to have been fired to perform a welfare check on the occupants. After receiving no answer at the door, officers requested maintenance respond to the residence to open the door. Upon preforming the welfare check, two adult men were located unresponsive, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Additional signs of a shooting were also located. Rescue personnel responded to the apartment and confirmed both men deceased. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment. No additional injuries or other property damage were reported. Detectives are actively investigating the incident to determine what led up to the shooting. Preliminarily, the incident does not appear to be random and there is no active threat to the community. The investigation continues.
