Incidents
• Attempted Residential Burglary – On May 25. 2022 at 9:07AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an attempted burglary that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 12800 block of Lockleven Ln. in Woodbridge (22192) on May 24. The homeowner reported to police that at approximately 9:00PM, a loud noise was heard near the front door. Upon checking the home, the homeowner did not see anyone or any damage. The following morning, the homeowner observed the front door was tampered with and an unoccupied vehicle in the driveway was damaged. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the vehicle through the rear driver’s side door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.
Arrests
• Strong-Arm Robbery | Assault by Mob – On May 25 at 4:45PM, officers responded to the area of Sudley Manor Dr. and Williamson Blvd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed that the victim was in the above area when he was approached by a female acquaintance and two other unknown male juveniles. During the encounter, the two male juveniles struck the victim before physically taking him into a nearby wooded area. While in the wooded area, the suspects continued to strike and kick the victim before taking his property. At some point while the parties were in the wooded area, the female acquaintance, identified as the accused, took possession of the victim’s property. Eventually the parties separated, and the suspects fled the area. The victim reported the incident to a family member who contacted the police. While investigating, officers identified and located the two male suspects. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers arrested the accused, identified as a 15-year-old female, and both suspects identified as a 15-year-old male juvenile and a 16-year-old male juvenile.

• Weapon on School Property – On May 25, 2022 at 8:00AM, the School Resource Officer (SRO) assigned to Woodbridge High School located at 3001 Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) was notified by school personnel that there was a student with a knife inside the school. The investigation revealed that three students, including the accused, were inside a bathroom when a verbal altercation escalated. During the encounter, the accused and one of the other students engaged in a physical altercation before the accused retrieved a knife from his person.
At some point a struggle over the knife ensued during which the accused was stabbed.
The parties eventually separated, and the students left the restroom. A teacher was notified of the incident and contacted school security and together with the SRO they located the accused in a classroom suffering from a minor stab wound. The accused was initially treated by the school nurse and later transported to an area hospital for treatment and further evaluation. While investigating, a knife was located inside the accused’s backpack and secured by the SRO. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 15-year-old male, was arrested.
