Firefighters douse townhouse fire in Lake Ridge early this morning Nov. 29

A family of five was displaced this morning when fire broke out on the rear deck of a Lake Ridge townhouse on Tatiana Way and extended up into the attic and minimal damage to one adjoining home.

Detectives from the Prince William County Police Homicide Unit charged two additional suspects in connection to the 2017 murder of Miguel Angel RUIZ CARRILLO, according to Sgt. The victim’s body was discovered in the area of Nokesville Rd and Fauquier Dr in Nokesville on August 22, 2017 after he was initially reported missing to Fairfax County Police earlier that month.

Manassas National Battlefield Park is preparing for a second prescribed fire between March 26 and April 5, 2019. These dates may be extended depending upon weather conditions.
