Man sleeping in vehicle murdered in Manassas parking lot, police report

Two adult males were sleeping inside a vehicle parked in parking lot in the 12000 block of Cadet Ct in the Manassas area (20109) when one of the men was shot. According to the police report, that man was pronounced dead on the scene. The other man was not injured.
