In the indecent exposure case, Prince William County Police said the male driver, and only occupant, asked the victim for directions. When the victim approached the vehicle, the man was seen exposing himself. The victim immediately walked away from the vehicle and the man drove off.

While investigating, officers learned there were additional occupants inside the home with the accused at the time of the incident.
