PWC Police make 4th arrest in April 2 murder at Manassas Mall

Today, April 29, the remaining suspect sought in connection to the April 2 fatal shooting that occurred outside of the Manassas Mall located on Sudley Rd in the Manassas area of Prince William County, was arrested, according to a report from First Sgt. Jonathan Perok, spokesman for the Prince William County Police Department.

On April 21 at 1:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Tartan Hills Pkwy and Correen Hills Dr. in Bristow (20136) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 55-year-old woman, reported to police that while walking in the above area, an unknown man approached her from the opposite direction. When the victim turned, facing away from the sidewalk to tend to her dog, the man assaulted the victim and made a brief comment before continuing to run on the sidewalk.

On April 21 at 12:18PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the Sunoco located at 1200 Annapolis Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 90-year-old woman, reported to police that while at the gas pumps, four unknown individuals approached her vehicle. One of the suspects demanded the victim’s keys and her purse before pushing her to the ground. The four suspects then fled the area in the vehicle.
