The School Board of the City of Manassas has canceled its meeting scheduled for November 26, 2013.

On Monday, Nov. 18 at 3 p.m., City of Manassas Police and Fire & Rescue units responded to 9510 Technology Drive for a report of a possible explosive device.

On November 12th at 8:14PM, police responded to the 3400 block of Caledonia Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a suspicious death. Upon arriving, the caller found the door to the residence unsecured and contacted police.

American Disposal Services is building an a state of the art, single stream processing recycling facility in the Manassas, VA. area. American Recycling Center’ will create jobs, save up to 1.23 million kilowatts of energy per day and educate the community about recycling, a news release said.

Three unknown males in dark clothing assaulted a victim, 15, who was out walking with a friend Saturday, Nov. 9, about 7:15 p.m. The suspects, ages 15-20, took food items and fled on foot, Prince William County police said.
