Jeanine Lawson, Brentsville District supervisor, and Gil Trenum, Brentsville District member School Board Member, have canceled their town hall meeting for tonight Monday, March 2, at Gainesville Middle School, because Prince William County Schools are closed today. A new date will be posted when available.

Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)has postponed a “pardon our dust” meeting Feb. 26 on a project to construct a ductbank that will carry new undergrounded utilities along Route 1 between Mary’s Way and Annapolis Way. When the meeting is rescheduled, residents can meet the project team to learn more about construction and traffic impacts expected to begin in March.

On February 9th at 11:33AM, officers responded to the Bank of America located at 8501 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. Employees of the bank reported to police that an unknown person, wearing a disguise, entered the bank and approached the counter.
