Prince William County Police report they have arrested a second suspect in connection with the ongoing investigation into the murder of a 23-year-old North Carolina woman killed in a shooting that occurred in the area of Bronson Ct. and Brickwood Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) on Feb. 2, 2024.
