Crews arriving on the scene found a single-family dwelling fully involved in flames. After battling weather conditions, the fire was brought under control and extinguished. No one was home at the time. The home was destroyed. No one was injured.

Multiple vehicles were involved. Five patients were evaluated' four were transported to the hospital. No one in the building was injured, Smolsky said.

Firefighters douse townhouse fire in Lake Ridge early this morning Nov. 29

A family of five was displaced this morning when fire broke out on the rear deck of a Lake Ridge townhouse on Tatiana Way and extended up into the attic and minimal damage to one adjoining home.
