PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.
Prince William County Police have identified two possible suspects and are looking for them in connection with a Dumfries homicide on Jan. 17, 2013.

The Prince William Area Agency on Aging Senior Center at Woodbridge, in conjunction with the Prince William Health Dristrict, is offering a (DPT) Vaccine clinic on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
On Jan. 16, Prince William County VA detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau were able to identify and arrest two suspects involved in the Jan. 15 homicide which was reported to have occurred in the 15000 block of Cardin Pl in Woodbridge.
On January 17th at 3:26AM, police responded to the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries (22026) for a shooting. The adult woman with gunshot wounds to the upper body was pronounced dead at the scene. Police seek the public's help.
Delegate David Ramadan (R – 87th House District) has filed a 2013 Session Budget Amendment request to restore $32.5 million in funding for 18 Northern Virginia school divisions for FY 2014. Approximately $11 million of the request would go to Prince William County Public Schools, and $6 million would go to Loudoun County Schools, according to his office.

Steven L. Walts, superintendent of Prince William County Public Schools, will present his proposed fiscal year (FY) budget for July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, and the Capital Improvements Program for 2014-23 to the School Board on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
