Prince William County's Department of Public Works, Neighborhood Services Division, will host an informational session for the County’s faith-based community on roadside advertising signs and temporary activity permits on Monday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Those interested are invited to attend a meeting and informal discussion on Tuesday, July 23, beginning at 5 p.m, in the Old Prince William County Courthouse (9248 Lee Avenue, Manassas). Look at maps illustrating suggested new precincts, boundary changes in others, the new voting locations and talk with voter registration officials.
The City of Manassas Police Department will be submitting a grant application to the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs under the FY 2013 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program for $19,079. Details of the application are explained.
