PW Police seek white van in hit and run incident; boy, 4, said victim in child abuse case

On November 5th at 6:43PM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the 8200 block of Rainwater Cir in Manassas (20111) to investigate a hit and run crash. The van struck the victim before fleeing the area. The victim was flown to an area hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.
