PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.

High schools in Prince William County observed a moment of silence on Friday, May 23 to honor through remembrance the men and women of our armed forces who have given their lives in the defense of the freedoms enjoyed by all who live in the United States. As witness to their sacrifice, the names of those lost who have graduated from Prince William County County Public Schools are read during this time.
Congressman Gerry Connolly (11th district of Virginia) is partnering with Prince William County Public Schools to present an information session on June 2 for for parents and those students interested in attending one of the five U.S. service academies.
On May 23rd at 1:09PM, officers responded to the 1900 block of Darlington Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a stabbing. Officers arrived at the scene and located an adult man on the sidewalk suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

"People think it just happens in Cambodia," Adams said. "But it happens here and we can't turn the other way."

This article outlines some "Common sense" strategies for students and parents involved in the testing cycle. Entering a test situation without students and teachers knowing how the test work does not make sense to me. Yet it happens all of the time. It really is equivalent to "Testing in the Dark"!
