On August 30, 2014 Manassas City Police met with a resident for a report of an assault involving multiple individuals. The reporting party told officers that at approximately 6:00PM, two juvenile male victims (16yo and 17yo) were walking in the area of Confederate Trail when they were approached by two black males on foot who began to antagonize them.
